For appointments scheduled in 2026, we’ll be asking all our patients to complete an updated annual Financial Policy & Consent form. This will be emailed to you to complete ahead of time, or we can take care of it at your first appointment for 2026!

Kaiser: Bryan and Raegan are now in-network! Phoenix not accepting
Moda: Bryan, Raegan, and Phoenix in-network!
If you have insurance other than BCBS, Moda, or Kaiser, please check your plan for out-of-network massage benefits, or feel free to book using our self-pay option.
