Dear Valued Patients,

After two decades of providing chiropractic care at Schacker Chiropractic, I have made the bittersweet decision to retire from practice, effective November 1, 2024. This decision, made with urgency due to health factors, follows a recent shoulder procedure that has impacted my ability to continue practicing.

As I step away, I am excited to announce that my longtime associate, Dr. Krystal La Plante, will be taking over the practice. Krystal has been with Schacker Chiropractic since 2020, and many of you already know her as a compassionate and skilled provider.

The practice will remain at Apex Wellness Center, and Krystal will be welcoming all of my patients to ensure a smooth transition. We are also working hard to secure new insurance contracts to maintain coverage with your current providers and will keep you updated throughout this process.

Of course, you may choose to seek care from another doctor if you prefer. Your medical records are confidential, and we can transfer them to another doctor or release them to you or another person you designate, with your permission. If you would like to see a different physician, please sign an authorization form in our office as soon as possible so we can facilitate the transfer.

I have valued our relationship greatly and thank you for your loyalty and friendship over the years. Wishing you the very best in your future health and wellness.

With sincere appreciation, Dr. Rebecca Schacker, DC, CCSP
